Oldroyd Xv20 benefits from large 20mm dimension studs providing greater drainage and flow capacity than standard cavity drain membranes. For this reason Oldroyd Xv20 is ideally suited to civil-engineering applications and the waterproofing of large commercial basements.

Typical applications include:

Basement waterproofing (newbuild and refurbishment)
Waterproofing of contiguous piling, secant piling and diaphragm walls
Tunnel waterproofing
Ground gas protection
Land-slip stabilisation

Fin Drain
Used in conjunction with the Oldroyd Typar® filter fleece, Oldroyd Xv20 can also be used as a fin drain in sustainable drainage applications.

Advantages
Oldroyd Xv20 is manufactured from polypropylene. Combined with a unique, temperature-controlled manufacturing process, this produces an exceptionally straight, durable membrane.The patented "X” pattern embossed into the membrane makes it easy to cut and fold.This quality also allows for shrinkage movements frequently encountered when screeds are applied, thus minimising potential cracking problems.
