Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped, but of course there are times when an item may arrive with a problem. In these instances please contact us immediately and we will put it right as soon as possible.
As per UK long distance selling regulations, unless the goods are faulty/damaged/sent in error, you have 14 days to notify us of a return for a full refund as long as they are 'as new' - for example, if you ordered by mistake or change your mind on product suitability. Please note in this instance it is your responsibility to bear the cost of the return delivery by insured means back to us. We can arrange this upon request and deduct this from your refund amount.
Goods can be taken out the box and inspected but must be carefully repackaged in their original packing as received.
We cannot accept returns of 'opened' tins / products. All returned items must be in the condition they were originally dispatched.
If you are using your own carrier service to return the goods, please add a copy invoice or cover note within the parcel explaining the reason for return, and you details, name, address, phone number etc.
A G Woodcare Products LTD are not liable for any loss of parcels where a full P.O.D (Proof of delivery - Signature/Full Name) is not provided.
If you require us to collect the return using our Carrier, there will be a fee of £25 (inc.VAT) for this service.
Stock items returned by agreement with the Company after 14 days shall be subject to a re-stocking charge of 15%.
Any Orders over £200 with added Enhanced Delivery Compensation Cover (Subsidised by AGW) applied will be subject to deduction of Enhanced Delivery Compensation Cost from returned orders if orders are not collected from the Post Office and returned to sender.
Please note:
Any returns with the value of over £50 inc VAT that qualified for Free delivery are subject to a £5.50 + VAT delivery return fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per consignment basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each consignment/order.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or send a letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
